Description
Concerned about falls or interested in improving balance? Join us to learn more about an 8-week structured class that emphasizes practical strategies to reduce fear of falling and increase activity levels. There is no cost for this workshop.
Meetings on Thursdays, January 9th - March 5th 9:00 - 11:00 am. No sessions on Jan. 16th or Feb. 20th
