Monti Beasley Bio:
Monti Beasley, M.A., is a lecturer in the Department of Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Hospitality & Tourism at The University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where she teaches Business Communication. She previously owned her own retail businesses and has worked in the non-profit sector serving adults with developmental disabilities. Currently, she volunteers at the Small Business Center in Winston-Salem mentoring business owners and entrepreneurs on presentation skills, retailing, and team building. Her passion lies in supporting entrepreneurs with stakeholder discovery and problem-solving via the Design Thinking process.
