Crafting Saturday

Description

Do you enjoy crafting? March is National Craft Month. We will be having a crafting Saturday on Saturday March 4th at the Davie County Public Library in the multi-purpose room from 9 am to 12pm.
This is a free event but space is limited to 40. Sign up is required. You can sign up by emailing Shannon Grimes at

Recommended for ages 5+
Description of the crafts are below:
Kindness Rocks: A National project. Bring a rock to paint (paints supplied). Go out into the community and hide your rock for others to find. When a rock is found, the person can choose to keep the rock or hide it again. More info on the day
Mixed Media Shamrocks: Just in time for St. Patrick’s Day (all supplies provided)
Clothespin Birds: Cute little birds with feathers (all supplies provided)
Paper plate weaving: Create an image on your plate and weave it (all supplies provided)
Paper bag mini journal: Create your own mini journal to keep or give (all supplies provided)
