Cupcake NAILED IT Challenge

Description

Join DCPL for a fun cupcake decorating challenge.  Each participant will draw a card and then decorate a cupcake for that theme, Pictures of the cupcakes will be posted on our library FB and Insta page! Sign up for a one hour time slot. ***Please indicate if there is a need for gluten free or dairy free options in cupcakes and decoration items.
