Tara Olson has been an entrepreneur for most of her career. She spent 20 years as President & CEO of AllPoints Research, Inc., a marketing research company specializing in the industries of pharmaceuticals, life science, and environmental science. During her time at AllPoints she was a member of the Women Presidents' Organization, served on the Board of Directors for the Greater Women's Business Council, and was recognized by the United States Small Business Administration as the Region IV Women in Business Champion of the Year for "outstanding contribution in the development and support of small business."
Currently Tara is an Independent Sales Director with Mary Kay and has a passion for mentoring women in business. Tara has earned the use of a free car with Mary Kay & has been honored 3 times in 4 years for achieving National Court of Sales. She ranks in the top 2% of the company for annual sales volume.
