Davie County Schools Ninth Annual Arts Smart Festival. Free event! Opening performance begins at 10:00 am with Joe Robinson Jazz Quartet and available to talk about tips on playing jazz! Señora Richardson Lynch, a nationally known Native American potter, leading a workshop in which participants will create clay turtles while learning about the culture of the Haliwa-Saponi tribe.
