Instructor Kathy Rowe invites middle school students to come learn about where your food comes from and healthy eating. Kids will start at COGNITION and walk over to the Mocksville Farmer’s Market to purchase fresh fruits and vegetables and then return to COGNITION to prepare a healthy dish
