Description

This class is offered to our wonderful Davie County ladies and their guests to help them feel empowered by learning the skills needed to protect themselves and their loved ones.

In this Class, You Will:

Expand your awareness and avoid danger
De-escalate threatening situations
Learn basic self-defense techniques

There is NO CHARGE to participate, but we will be accepting non-perishable items for Davie High Hunger Fighters.

****Open to females ages 12 & up!
