Description
The Healthy Davie Alliance & Novant Health are tackling the epidemic of high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and diabetes by offering free screenings to anyone who wants to take the first step in leading a healthier lifestyle. During this quick screening, we will provided your measurments for:
Body mass index (BMI)
Waist circumference
Blood Pressure
Cholesterol (Total, Good, Bad)
Triglycerides
Glucose
Diabetes risk (A1C)
We will share your results with you on-the-spot, providing accurate and up-to-date information and resources to support you in making modifications that will help you to improve your numbers, if necessary.
*Finger stick requires very small blood sample; results ready in only 5 minutes!
