The One Page Business Plan is designed to help extremely busy people rethink their business strategically and craft a clear, concise actionable plan on a single page... and do it quickly and easily with expert training and guidance. This is a highly interactive live seminar series, facilitated by The Director of Training and Implementation for the One Page Business Plan Company. Assignments between sessions along with peer, group and instructor feedback are designed to have each entrepreneur leave with a blueprint for growth and success.

Session 1: This session starts with an introduction to the One Page methodology. We’ll then move into using our proven Pre-planning Tools:
1. Assessment of their business over the last 12 months
2. The Power of NO! – Participants will identify things they are doing that are preventing them from achieving their vision.
