Description
Preventive care is one of the best ways to maintain and improve your health. Screenings can be helpful to know what conditions you may be at risk for and how to avoid these risks. The screenings provided will be cholesterol, A1C, BMI, and blood pressure. This event is sponsored by Healthy Davie. Screeners: Wake Forest Baptist Health & Novant Health. Please register not later than Friday, February 3.
