Throughout this hands-on event, JW will guide you through the preparation of a three-course menu, demonstrating his favorite techniques and sharing stories and tips along the way. After each live demo, you’ll get to enjoy the dish as it’s served fresh to your table:

Course 1: Caprese Salad topped with freshly made pesto

Course 2: Rayson’s Famous Crab-Stuffed Haddock
