Explore the science behind cooking and food during this hands-on camp where young chefs explore the exciting science behind food. Campers will build a solar-powered oven, experiment with the chemistry of preserves, engineer the perfect milkshake, and uncover the microbiology of bread and fermentation. Through fun experiments and delicious discoveries, kids will learn how science, microbiology, chemistry, and engineering come together to create the foods we love!
Camp is June 23-27th from 9:00AM-12PM and is $185 for the entire week.
