Swing for a Promise Golf Tournament

Description
Be a driving force for change in our community and join us for our first golf tournament on Saturday, May 18th at Colin Creek Golf Club. Registration is at 8am and the scramble starts at 9am. We will have light breakfast items at registration, snacks, beverages, and hamburgers/hotdogs for lunch.
All funds raised support the work we do to address the issue of family homelessness holistically. We provide prevention services before families reach crisis, shelter and case management if they become homeless, and stabilization programs once they have secured housing to ensure they remain independent.
