Description
Join Faith Community Nurse Katrena Wells from Woodleaf United Methodist Church for an educational presentation on advance care planning. This session will help you decide who you want to make your medical choices if you cannot speak, talk with your doctor and loved ones about the choices you make, and start or update a written plan for the future. Food will generously be provided by Carolinas HealthCare System. This presentation was created by CHS and the program is hosted by the Davie County Public Library.
