REGISTER EARLY

REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS SEPTEMBER 27

Space is limited and session assignments are made on a first-come, first-serve basis.

You will not be placed in a session until your payment has been received.

TRAINING CREDIT

Each participant will earn a total of 6 DCDEE contact hours for attending the entire conference.

COST

Cost includes entrance to conference, two training sessions, keynote speaker session, light breakfast, and boxed lunch.

Davie County Providers: $10

Out of County Providers: $15

PAYMENT

You may pay in person at our office or online at the link below. Confirmation of registration will be sent via email. Upon receipt of payment, workshop choices will be assigned. The registration form may be submitted via website, fax, email, mail or in person.
