Description
Grab a group of coworkers and get ready to release fat, balance blood sugar, reduce inflammation and detox on your lunch hour!
This class is designed for those who have never taken this class or literally need to start from scratch. Class will run from 12-1pm and will be coached by Wendy Horne and Debbie Koontz.
Please NOTE: This will not be geared towards previous alumni of this class.
