Stretch and unwind with Yoga! This 50–minute class boosts flexibility, balance, and mindfulness, followed by 10–minutes of soothing meditation and relaxation. Perfect for beginners and experienced yogis. Bring your mat, props, and wear comfy clothes. Space is limited.
