About Us

Janine is a New York native who traded chaos and congestion for her dream life in a small town, surrounded by a wonderful community, nature, and the thrill of target practice. She moved to North Carolina in 2021 and lives with her husband - a U.S.A.F. Veteran - and their 2 dogs. When she’s not working, she spends time on her other lifelong passion - singing and songwriting.

Janine is an outside-the-box Operations Leader & Business Advisor well known for her no-nonsense and creative approach to problem solving, refusing to sugarcoat the truth or apply superficial or outdated fixes. She aims to identify core issues and uproot them.

A decade ago, Janine discovered her passion for Business Operations while working in the trenches, tackling critical business issues and partnering with Visionaries, Business Owners, and Leaders. In 2019, Janine took a leap into business advising, driven by a burning desire to make a real impact on small businesses. She witnessed far too many businesses appearing successful on the surface, only to crumble internally due to broken systems, inefficient processes, uncoordinated teams, and overloaded business owners.

Determined to change this, she made it her mission to help growth-minded Visionaries and Business Owners focus on growth, gain control of their business, and drive operational excellence, without sacrificing their sanity. She strives to tackle Operational Leadership, optimize Operations, and help businesses build resilient foundations and ecosystems, that are primed for growth and longevity.
